Problem Statement
Taiwan’s soil and groundwater remediation capabilities have generated a wealth of documents and case studies over the years. However, the execution teams often struggle to efficiently scan and utilize these resources. This inefficiency leads to redundant efforts on problems that might already have established solutions, resulting in unnecessary expenditure of government and academic resources.
Goals and Objectives
- Platform Resource Integration:
Centralize soil and groundwater remediation resources, including literature, research materials, and case studies, to provide comprehensive technical support for academic professionals, engineering consultants, and industry personnel. - Innovation and Inspiration:
Implement an AI-powered search function using a refined intelligent analysis engine to explore implicit correlations in text, enabling users to discover related topics and expand their thinking horizons.

Team Collaboration
- Challenge:
Lack of proactive communication between teammates. Developers were initially passive in project progress. - Solution:
Instead of waterfall workflow which the team usually uses, implement Scrum methodology to enhance communication and keep progress on track. Including:- Daily standup meetings to sync the progress and remove the project block
- Task board in Asana to increase development efficiency.

Ensuring resource allocation for text-mining and achieving accurate results. - Solution:
